The distance university announced June term end result in the month of August and December term end result in the month of February for the respective year. After seeing result, few students may be sad or not satisfied with their result/marks.
For those students, the university gave options to apply for Obtaining the Photocopy of their Answer Script by filling an application form. Students who want to fill application form, will be able to get the application form for obtaining photocopy of their answer sheets from the Ignou Common prospectus 2018-19 or can download by going through the university official website.
The Application form is available online to download in the form of PDF format. Students can fill application form within 45 days from the date of declaration of result (June / December Result). Students are also need to attach the self attested photocopy of the Identity Card issued by university with the application form. Otherwise, university will not entertain application form.
Fee Details for the Photo Copy of Answer Script : The fee for this purpose is Rs. 100/- per course, which is to be paid through demand draft which is drawn in favour of IGNOU & payable at the City of Evaluation Centre.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR OBTAINING PHOTOCOPY OF THE ANSWER SCRIPT ?
1) Students who notice that their answer-scripts was not evaluated properly or any totaling error is noticed, may notice that and submit their representation along with a copy of the answer script supplied to them within 15 days.
2) Students, who intend to apply for photocopies of the answer script(s) may simultaneously at the same time apply
for re-evaluation, if they so desire.
